The short version

• We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email for your account, basic usage events, and analyses only if you choose to save them.
• Stripe handles all payment data — we never see or store your full card details.
• We do not sell your data.
• You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing us.

What we collect and why

Account information

If you create an account, we store your email address so we can identify you, sign you in, and contact you about your account. We may also store basic account settings.

Usage events

We record basic, product-level usage events — for example, which tool was run and when — so we can understand what's used, fix problems, and improve the product. This is operational analytics, not surveillance, and we keep it minimal.

Saved analyses

AJProd performs text-based analysis of the concept, lyric, or notes you paste in. We only store an analysis if you explicitly save it. If you don't save it, the analysis is processed to give you a result and is not retained as a saved record under your account.

Payment information

When you buy a plan or a one-time purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and handles your card and billing details directly under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive limited information from Stripe — such as your email, whether a payment succeeded, and your subscription status — but never your full card number.

How we use your information

• To provide the analysis tools and your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe).
• To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To contact you about your account, purchases, or important service changes.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not process or store your audio files — AJProd analyzes text you provide, not recordings.
• We don't share your data with third parties except the service providers needed to run AJProd (for example, Stripe for payments and our hosting/infrastructure provider), or where required by law.

How to delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. Email info@auraquan.com from your account email and we'll remove your account, saved analyses, and account data. Some records may be retained where we're legally required to keep them (for example, payment records held by Stripe for tax/accounting).

Data retention

We keep account data and saved analyses for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your data as described above, except where retention is legally required.

Children

AJProd is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
