Terms of Service
The plain-language agreement for using AJProd.
1. Who we are
AJProd ("AJProd", "we", "us") is operated by AuraQuan LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By creating an account or using AJProd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What AJProd is
AJProd is an analysis and productivity tool for artists and AI-music makers. It reads the text you provide — your concept, lyric, prompt, or notes — and gives you structured feedback, scores, and suggested next steps.
- AJProd performs text-based, concept-level analysis. It does not listen to, process, or master your audio files.
- The outputs are opinions and decision aids, generated deterministically from your input. Treat them as a second opinion, not a verdict.
3. Your content and your responsibility
You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to use it.
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for anything you create, release, or distribute based on AJProd's output.
- You are responsible for ensuring your work does not infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright, before you release or monetize it.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
4. No guarantees
AJProd is a tool to help you make better decisions. It is not a promise of any particular result.
- No guarantee of commercial success. A high score or positive feedback from AJProd does not mean a song will perform, sell, place, or earn revenue.
- No guarantee of copyright clearance. AJProd does not clear, register, or verify the rights status of your work, and its output should never be relied on as a clearance check.
- No legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing AJProd produces is advice of that kind.
5. No affiliation with third-party tools
AJProd is independent. Unless explicitly stated and authorized in writing, AJProd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party music-generation or audio service (for example, Suno, Udio, or similar). References to such tools are descriptive only. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms, not these.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to violate the law or others' rights.
- We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these Terms.
7. Payments
Paid plans and one-time purchases are handled through Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment portion. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are described on our pricing and refund pages.
8. Service provided "as is"
AJProd is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraQuan LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of AJProd. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
