Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation and refunds work — described honestly.
Cancel anytime
If you're on a subscription, you can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal — the same portal linked from your account and your Stripe receipt. There's no phone call and no retention maze.
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it stops and you are not charged again.
- Cancelling stops future charges; by itself it does not trigger a refund of the current period (see below).
Subscription refunds
Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you already paid for, we generally do not offer refunds for partial or already-used billing periods.
- If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), contact us and we'll make it right.
- If something on our side was genuinely broken and you couldn't use what you paid for, reach out — we'll review it case by case.
- Where the law in your jurisdiction gives you a refund or withdrawal right, that right applies regardless of anything here.
One-time Founding purchase
The Founding Access purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription — there's nothing recurring to cancel. It supports continued development of AJProd and includes the perks described at checkout.
- Because it's a one-time supporter purchase that unlocks access immediately, it is generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error or believe there's a genuine problem, contact us and we'll review it fairly.
How refunds are issued
Any refund we approve is issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank, and are outside our control once initiated.
How to request a refund or get help
Email info@auraquan.com from your payment email, or simply reply to your Stripe receipt. Tell us what happened and we'll help.
